I rquest honourable minister of higher education Dr. V.S.Acharya to sanction one separate univesity to uttara kannada district. Uttara Kannada is a neglected district in karnataka. The people of uttara kannada have sacrificed for the 'DEVELOPMENT' of Karnataka. They deserve to get at least one university for thier development-mujraleedhra upadhya hiriadka
